Vendor Information 

2024 VENDOR SPACES ARE ALL SOLD! But you may still fill out an application and be placed on a waiting list.

Applications are open to Green River Locals January 1st - January 31st 2024. Applications are open to everyone else starting February 1st, 2024. 

Vendors are selected based on merchandise, product quality, product variety, product appropriateness, and space availability. If two similar vendors apply (Ex. two kettle corn vendors),  it will be first come, first serve.  Prospective vendors must send an itemized list of merchandise along with the application. (This helps us to have a variety of vendors so that each of our vendors do well) Our Vendor Coordinator will contact vendors directly when your application has been approved for the event. 

Until you are contacted, you have not yet been approved.

Booths are located within the O.K. Anderson Green River City Park. Booth spaces are large enough to accommodate sun canopies and pop-up tents, which are recommended. You must provide all materials for your booth; we cannot provide  canopies, tables, etc. Electricity is reserved for food vendors only.
